Lynn Jacobson has a little dog named Leesy who has matured quite a bit over the years. She is the source of the majority of her belly laughs. She’s a foster failure. During her first week, she attacked a neighbor and bit her.
She now has a great love for the majority of people, despite the fact that she does not get along with everyone. Her tiny paw goes around grabbing people’s hands so she can be petted.
If Jacobson is on the phone for an excessive amount of time while sitting or reclining, she’ll lay across her mouth. She waits for her to get back in bed with her breakfast and coffee before Leesy leaps up at the same moment she’s lifting her oatmeal and sits quietly until she’s done so Leesy can lick the bowl.
To ensure that Jacobson gets the recommended number of steps each day, she finishes her day by walking around the island in her kitchen. Leesy will start following her at about 5 o’clock, which is when supper is served, and will continue to do so until she feeds her.
Many dogs are scared of fireworks, thunder, vacuums, and other loud sounds. Not Leesy. She wants them for food. Leesy weighs 13 pounds. A mix of a chihuahua and a rat terrier with funny ears.
Jacobson didn’t want to keep her, but after Leesy bit her neighbor, she couldn’t help it. It’s already been five years. Jacobson can’t even think about living without her.
