The exact origins and motivations of this destitute and homeless dog, as well as his decision to seek refuge on the grounds of a Brazilian college, are unknown.
There is no doubt, however, that he discovered the most effective means of garnering the attention he desired in the process.
The dog was recently discovered at Feevale University in Novo Hamburgo, where it had been camped out in front of the college’s bookstore for days.
What the stray was doing there was anyone’s guess, but the stray seemed to have figured out a way to convey that he was not completely alone, despite the fact that he did not do so intentionally.

The dog broke inside the bookstore and took a book from the shelf. The book in question, however, is not just any book. ‘The Days of Abandonment’ is the title of the piece he chose, and it is a title that almost probably represents his present situation.
The horrible robbery is captured on surveillance video. Seconds later, a student enters and returns the book that the dog discovered, but the dog’s quest is far from ended.
The video became popular almost quickly after it was posted on the internet, garnering over 750,000 views in only a few short days. Apart from being an unusual occurrence that was captured on camera, all of the attention had a life-altering effect on the pooch.
This week, a group of local animal rescuers paid a visit to the school and made a significant difference in the dog’s life.
The formerly stray dog has lately been vaccinated and bathed, and he is doing well.
As reported by the bookstore, the lovely pooch is currently safe and secure in a foster home while waiting to be adopted by a permanent family. Following the end of that difficult chapter in his life, this dog’s life narrative will hopefully come to the most satisfying conclusion possible.
