A great “Bark at the Park Night,” which happens at both minor and major league baseball games during the season, is the best thing ever. Dogs are allowed into the stadium during these events.
Besides making it possible to watch America’s Favorite Sport with dogs, these games are fun for great dog sightings and their adorable mischief.
When the Tulsa Drillers had their “Bark at the Park” event on Wednesday night, a German Shepherd-like dog escaped and ran around the field with the shortstop.

There’s no doubt that the dog got in the way of things. But with that speed, agility, and ability to catch balls, why not let him playfield duty?
Our friends at @UMBCAthletics got us thinking: Next bark in the park, do we let that good boy play an inning at SS?
